Hero Health Hub

Michael and his team at Transcend Health has been providing health care services to fire departments in California. They decided to create a mobile app that gave firefighters control over their health data and scheduling. Fire Departments and Insurance companies will have access to real-time anonymized data to ensure they are meeting the needs of their firefighters, but maintaining trust with secure privacy measures.

With extensive market research and stakeholder surveying, this app has gone through three major revisions and many updates. At the end of the design phase, I counted over 405 page screens (excluding components, brand guidelines).

TLDR: Hero Health Hub is a mobile-first app created just for First Responders. Designed to provide on-demand access to health and wellness resources, physical scheduling, and health tracking.
